Dr. Dianna Ross-Hollins
Dr. Dianna Hollins, Ed.D., a native of Alabama and currently resides in Georgia, is an award-winning leadership strategist, emotional intelligence practitioner, global educator, and humanitarian advocate whose work has impacted leaders across the United States and abroad. She is the visionary creator of The EI Enforcer: Name It to Change It™ Emotional Intelligence Framework, an innovative system that mergesfaith, neuroscience, emotional mastery, leadership development, and prophetic insight to equip emerging and established leaders for transformational impact. Dr. Dianna also known as The Deal Breaker, is committed to guiding individuals through the process of identifying and dismantling generational cycles and destructive patterns. Through her transformational leadership and emotional intelligence strategies, she empowers others to confront limiting beliefs and walk boldly into purpose. Her work creates a pathway for healing, clarity, and legacy-building change across generations.
As the Founder & CEO of Dr. Dianna Global Enterprises, Saving Our Sisters Women Network (SOS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Chancellor of the Ekklesia Institute Inc™, Dr. Dianna provides leadership development, honorary doctoral recognition programs, and EI-based training to churches, schools, organizations, and corporate teams. With more than three decades of leadership experience in educational, faith-based institutions, civic/social organizations and emotional wellness advocacy, she is celebrated for her dynamic, bold, emotionally intelligent, and spiritually grounded presentation style. She is an international speaker who has embraced major platforms, including the National Civil Rights Conference 2025 at Fisk University. She has traveled intensively to empower thousands throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Caribbean Islands, and South Africa. She is the developer of 24 curriculums on leadership and spiritual development as well as an author of eight books entitled Pregnant with Purpose: How to Avoid A Spiritual Miscarriage, 40-Day Declaration of Power, P.A.I.N. (Powerful Anointed in Neutral) Volume 1: Just the Beginning, P.A.I.N. (Powerful Anointed in Neutral) Volume 2: From Pain to Beauty, Formulas of a Prosperous Life, 100 Seeds: Conquering the Battlefield of The Mind, The Vault and The ABC's of Survival.
Dr. Dianna holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a graduate from the University of Alabama. Dr. Dianna received training from Harvard University Division of Continuing Education in the field of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership. Her educational expertise and leadership acumen have allowed her to cultivate emotionally intelligent, ethical, and purpose-driven leaders across corporate, educational, governmental, and faith-based sectors worldwide.
From the spiritual perspective, Dr. Hollins demonstrates the power of God through miracles, signs, and wonders. Her releasing of revelations from the unadulterated Word of God has captured the attention of many business and political leaders as they seek ideas and strategies to resolve current issues and conflicts. She has conducted several leadership and empowerment seminars as a kingdom ambassador to many individuals.
